El Bulli

El Bulli: Cooking in Progress (2010) is a documentary about the amazing restaurant that is a temple of molecular gastronomy. El Bulli is a startling restaurant that was only open for 6 months of the year with the other 6 months being used to construct a new menu. The film covers the creation of the menu and then the running of the restaurant for a short time. Watching the chefs create new dishes is really amazing. The team work very hard to create new dishes using an array of high technology. The chief chef Ferran Adrià evaluates the creations and makes suggestions.
